CBH and Essential Learning Partnership CBH and Essential Learning have partnered to bring CBH member agencies a quality on-line training program to meet the ever demanding needs of a more professional staff. Tracking of staff's required training and notification of retraining is a part of this partnership. Agencies may also upload their own individual trainings to the system in order to track certifications more effectively. In addition to the Essential Learning library of trainings, CBH has developed trainings specifically targeted to community behavioral health programs in Maryland. Some of these trainings include: Working Effectively in the Public Mental Health System, Co-occurring Disorders: Substance Abuse & Mental Illness, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Disaster Preparation & Response, The Complete Manager, Managing Change, etc. Any CBH agency that is not participating in the Essential Learning program may request the CBH developed trainings by signing an agreement with CBH.
